Make developers pay their fair share to fund the Toowong green bridge

On 30 August, the LNP-controlled Brisbane City Council halved the fees that developers pay to Council to fund the infrastructure needed to make new development sustainable.

On 17 October, Council then said they no longer have the money to go ahead with the Toowong to West End green bridge and other important projects in Brisbane.

That's hundreds of millions more in profits for developers, and hundreds of millions less for the things we all need to live a good life in the city.

Sign the petition to call on Brisbane City Council to overturn their decision on developer fees, and to recommit to delivering the Toowong to West End green bridge within the next 5 years.
