End Price Gouging by the Big Supermarkets

We're in a cost-of-living crisis, and food insecurity is worsening. Recent surveys have shown that 88% of people are worried about the rising cost of food and groceries. The latest Foodbank Report showed 48% of Australians are anxious of or struggling to consistently access adequate food. This is on the back of food prices rising by 7.5% over the last year.

Meanwhile, Coles and Woolworths have posted profits of $1.09 and $1.62 BILLION respectively, up nearly 5%.

Giant corporations shouldn't be making mega-profits while everyday people can't afford the basics.
