The Case for Free and Frequent Public Transport

Petrol prices are spiking in a cost of living crisis.

We’re wasting hours stuck in increasing traffic congestion.

Vehicle emissions are growing and contributing to dangerous climate change.

There is an alternative.

Come hear the plan for how we make public transport free, frequent and connected for everyone. (Spoiler: it would be easier and cheaper than you think)

Speakers:
Elizabeth Watson-Brown, Federal MP for Ryan
Michael Berkman, State MP for Maiwar
Jon Bryant, Active and Public Transport Advocate
Dr Dorina Pojani, Associate Professor in Urban Planning
Jonathan Sriranganathan, Councillor for the Gabba Ward
