I hold a pop-up office somewhere in Ryan every month to make it easier for you - the people I represent - to raise issues and concerns with me first-hand.
Pop-up offices are a great, informal way to raise concerns with me, so my team can follow up. Sometimes issues raised at pop-up offices lead to mini-campaigns, like the campaign to make sure all of Ryan gets an NBN upgrade, or speeches in parliament.
Most people from Ferny Grove who’ve responded to The Ryan Transport Survey have said they don’t feel safe cycling there. Residents have also raised concerns about unsafe crossings, speeding and poor visibility. Perhaps some of those issues resonate with you, perhaps not! No matter whether you want to talk about a personal difficulty you're having, a local issue in the community, or a big picture political issue, you are most welcome to come along!
